Woodville Activity Centre

Woodville Activity Centre project is aimed specifically for young people aged between 11-25 years old with specific learning difficulties and disabilities.

We work in a holistic way to ensure that they reach their potential in a safe and supportive environment.

This project is able to offer young people the opportunity to grow and develop their personal and social skills whilst working towards a vocational area qualification (if appropriate). Students will participate in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities including:

  • Horticulture planting, digging, building bed, weeding, germination, propagation, pest control, health and safety etc

  • Life Skills healthy eating, cooking, team building, health and wellbeing, sexual health etc

  • Basic Skills literacy, numeracy & ICT

Alongside the above, young people referred to the Woodville Activity Centre will have access to the wider services provided by PRISM Youth Project.
